I would stay here again, no doubt. It has lovely rooms and unbeatable location so close to Alicante, the Marina and beach and many Tapas bars and restaurants. Affable staff knows how to make your stay lovely. The bed is comfortable. The design is amazing. Placed 5 minutes walk away, Falafel gourmet is serving quick meals😃😀

The decoration and quirkiness of the apartment was amazing, with plenty of "photo opportunities." The apartment was extremely clean and well maintained, making it a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, being in the center of the city but surprisingly quiet. Plus, the huge balcony was a bonus, offering a spacious outdoor area to relax.

The lack of privacy in the apartment, with swing doors for the toilet and shower. However, this style was in-keeping with the rest of the apartment, and it just required respecting each other's privacy.

The hotel is located in a lovely pedestrian street in the heart of town, providing easy access to bars, restaurants, and shops. the beach is also just a 10, minute walk away. the rooms have big, comfortable beds and there are spacious terraces with sun beds and seating areas. the apartment is well, equipped with air conditioning, a fully, equipped kitchen, and a living area with a big soft sofa.

Some guests mentioned that there were a few too many light switches in the apartment, which made it confusing to turn off all the lights at night.

The owner was really helpful and friendly. The flat was in a great location, close to the beach and with plenty of restaurants nearby. The apartment was spacious and well-equipped, with a bonus of a beautiful terrace where we could relax and enjoy the sun. The beds were comfortable and there was little noise from outside at night, ensuring a good night's sleep.

The swing doors for the toilet and shower lacked privacy, which was a drawback. It would have been better if there were proper doors to ensure privacy.

The owner, Rafa, stayed in touch since we booked and Paloma, the girl who met us, was very helpful. The apartment is spacious, clean, and well-appointed with all necessary facilities. The beds are large and comfortable, and there is little to no noise from outside at night. The terrace area is amazing, and we ended up spending more time there than on the beach. Rafa, the owner, is always available and responsive.

The pedestrian street it's situated on is lovely and bustling with activity. The apartment itself is spacious, clean, and well-appointed with all the facilities we needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were large and comfy, ensuring a good night's sleep with little outside noise. The highlight was definitely the amazing terrace, complete with sun loungers and seating area, which provided plenty of sun and became our favorite spot to relax.

I had an incredible stay in this apartment, which was perfectly located in the heart of everything. The pedestrian street was bustling with shops and restaurants, and the beach was just a short walk away. The room was spacious and well equipped, with comfy beds and a beautiful terrace to enjoy the views. The service was exceptional, with great communication from the host before arrival. I couldn't have asked for a better location or experience.

The only downside was the noise from nearby construction work, but hopefully it will be finished soon.
